  • Liability: Tangible Works is not responsible for any damage caused by the misuse of our 3D printed products.

Privacy Policy

At Tangible Works, we value your privacy.

Data Collection We only collect the information you provide during checkout (Name, Email, Phone, and Address) to process your 3D printing orders and communicate with you.
Payment Security We do not store your credit card or UPI details. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay, our authorized payment partner.
Third Parties Your data is never sold. We only share your address with our shipping partners to deliver your products.
Data Rights You can request to delete your personal information at any time by emailing us at thetangibleworks@gmail.com.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Tangible Works, we strive for perfection, but we understand things happen.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. Once the 3D printing process has started, we cannot offer a cancellation.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives broken, please email us a photo at thetangibleworks@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement to you at no extra cost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Most items are printed to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be manufactured.
  • Shipping Time: We ship across India via standard couriers. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
